I need to find a way to cancel my account with runnerspace its been going on since last year. I had only gotten it for the jr. olimpics at sacramento. I said to close after that event. but they are still taking out 12.99 from my account. What can I do to close it. I am trying to cancel my subscription. I only signed up to watch our grandsons run in the junior olympics in Kentucky. I'm being charged 12.99 month and cant figure out how to cancel it. I'm not sure how I set up the account. There must be a way to track down those charges or search my credentials using my name. My email is [email protected]. Please help.
